1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NodrahWeb ("the Service"), operated by NodrahWeb Marketing Establishment (مؤسسة ندرة الويب للتسويق الإلكتروني), a sole establishment registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NodrahWeb is a SaaS platform that enables businesses to automate WhatsApp Business conversations using AI. The Service connects to the Meta WhatsApp Business API to send and receive messages on behalf of businesses.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You must have a valid WhatsApp Business account and comply with Meta's policies.
You must have the legal authority to bind the business you represent.

4. WhatsApp Business API Usage

You agree to use NodrahWeb only in compliance with:

Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy
Meta's Platform Terms
All applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through the Service. Prohibited uses include spam, harassment, deceptive content, or illegal activities.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Passwords must be at least 12 characters.

6. Payment and Billing

NodrahWeb offers subscription plans billed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) through our payment processor, Moyasar, with 15% VAT applied per ZATCA where applicable. Billing details are shown at the time of subscription. Fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The NodrahWeb platform, brand, and software are owned by NodrahWeb Marketing Establishment. You retain ownership of your business data and conversation history. You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NodrahWeb Marketing Establishment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Saudi Arabia. We comply with applicable Saudi regulations, including ZATCA e-invoicing and VAT requirements.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email with 14 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
